'Patient Dumping' Settlement Is Likely Between L.A., Kaiser
LOS ANGELES - The city attorney's office is expected to announce a settlement today with Kaiser Permanente over civil and criminal charges related to a "patient dumping" incident in March 2006, according to sources.
