Court Rejects Unsigned Contract
LOS ANGELES - No matter how much you trust your business partners, get the contract signed. That was the lesson for Big Idea Productions Inc., the maker of children's cartoon series "VeggieTales," and Lyrick Studios Inc., its former distributor, in a decision handed down this month by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.
