Ex-Judge Agrees to Pay Restitution
LOS ANGELES - A former Compton judge who pleaded no contest to embezzling thousands of dollars from his clients agreed Friday to pay a $72,000 restitution fine to the estate of one of his victims, a 90-year-old woman whose family was forced to sell her house to pay for medical treatment.
