Tort Lawyers Say Santa Monica Stiffed Them

LOS ANGELES - A group of toxic-tort attorneys, who are accusing the city of Santa Monica of failing to pay them after they secured a ground-breaking $300 million settlement over water contamination, plan to plead their case before the City Council tonight.
