Cooley Wants DA Defended at State Bar Court
LOS ANGELES - Despite a state Supreme Court decision to the contrary, District Attorney Steve Cooley says he believes that a prosecutor in his office acted in "good faith" when he argued different facts in separate capital murder trials, including that two different people delivered the blow that killed the same person.
