Billionaire Testifies to Secret Agreements
LOS ANGELES - French billionaire Francois Pinault testified Wednesday that he knew of the secret agreements that allegedly gave control of Executive Life Insurance Co. to French bank Credit Lyonnais and its subsidiary, Altus Finance, in the early 1990s.
