Accuser's Mom Lied, Mesereau Claims in Court
LOS ANGELES - Michael Jackson's defense team said in opening statements in the pop star's molestation trial Monday that an employee of the law firm that represented the accuser's mother in an earlier assault case against J.C. Penney will testify that the mother fabricated her claims against the department store.
