Candidate's Supporters Appeal Adverse Ruling

SAN DIEGO - Three supporters of Donna Frye's write-in mayoral candidacy in the Nov. 2 election filed a notice of appeal Thursday of a Superior Court ruling that disqualified 5,551 of Frye's ballots.
