Inmate, Jailed Since 1998, Dies in His Cell

LOS ANGELES - A 33-year-old inmate, held in the Los Angeles County jail since 1998 for a string of San Fernando Valley salon robberies, rapes and a murder, was found dead Friday inside his one-man cell, officials said.
