EEOC Sues Sidley Austin for Age Discrimination
LOS ANGELES - The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Thursday filed a federal age-discrimination lawsuit against prominent Chicago-based firm Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, setting up a clash between potentially conflicting partnership and labor laws.
