Bill Would Sanction Attorneys, Clients for Frivolous Lawsuits
WASHINGTON - Saying that frivolous lawsuits are making a mockery of the American legal system, a group of House Republicans is touting new legislation that would require federal judges to sanction plaintiffs and attorneys who file such suits.
