Justice Delayed

Forum Column - By Kenneth J. Theisen - My one-year-old son's grandfather, my dad, served in World War II on a U.S. destroyer in the Pacific. My son's great grandfather on his mother's side also served in World War II - in the U.S. Armed Forces of the Far East in the Philippines. In theory, these two U.S. military veterans of the same war should be entitled to the same veterans' benefits.
