Scalia Accuses Court of Creating Rights

LOS ANGELES - U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia delivered a strong rebuke to his own court Saturday, saying its creation of rights not found in the Constitution has transformed the role of judge into that of policy-maker - and led to the current meltdown over judicial nominees.
