The Pepperdine chapter of the Jewish Law Student Association, in affiliation with the School of Law and the Diane and Guilford Glazer Institute for Jewish Studies, hosted the JLSA's 8th national convention last weekend. Guests gathered at The Museum of Tolerance on Saturday for the Gala Dinner, featuring keynote speaker Gil Artzyeli, deputy consul general of Israel to Los Angeles. The conference was held on Sunday at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center at the Drescher Graduate Campus and included panels on international law, genocide and holocaust, topics in Jewish law, interfaith relationships and the death penalty. Civil liberties attorney Alan M. Dershowitz delivered the keynote address.
