Southwest Justice Center Opens

MURRIETA - Judge James Warren has a long list of reasons to be thrilled that Southwest Justice Center is finally open. Warren said Riverside County's newest justice center will improve service to residents of the southwestern portion of the county, reduce stress on other county courthouses and streamline caseloads.
