FCC Can't Force Bankrupt Firm to Give Up Licenses
WASHINGTON - Dealing a multi-billion dollar blow to the federal government, the Supreme Court on Monday ruled that the Federal Communications Commission cannot force a bankrupt telecommunications company to return wireless-communications licenses for which it never paid.
