Forum Column - By Juliet Leftwich - The National Rifle Association and other pro-gun groups are celebrating the recent decision by an Ohio state appeals court holding that the state's prohibition on the carrying of concealed weapons violates the Ohio Constitution. These groups claim that the decision will provide a "blueprint" for their crusade to eviscerate concealed-weapons laws nationwide, including those in California.
