Judge Wont Seal Documents in Lewis DAmato Suit

Saying he could find no threat to a law firm's trade secrets, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge Wednesday refused to order a former Lewis, D'Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard employee to file under seal any documents in his wrongful termination case against the firm.
