Faculty lawsuit to stop Whittier Law closure voluntarily dismissed

A lawsuit filed by Stris & Maher LLP challenging the closure of Whittier Law School has been dismissed at the plaintiffs' request.
Rachana A. "Radha" Pathak, of counsel at Stris Maher and associate dean for student and alumni engagement at the law school, said Friday that different groups are considering other legal options, but that she knows of nothing on the horizon.
