New York Firm Opens Silicon Valley Outpost
SAN FRANCISCO - The venerable New York firm of Sullivan & Cromwell will be opening an office in the land of dot-coms - Silicon Valley. The outpost, which will open this summer, will be led by four New York-based partners and 10 associates. Partners Scott Miller, John Savva and Matt Hurd from the firm's general practice group and Michael Lacovara, a litigation partner, will be relocating within the next few months.
