Accused Cop Killers Seek DA's Recusal
SAN DIEGO - Saying that revelations continue about misconduct by two district attorney's employees during trials connected with the 1988 murder of a San Diego police officer, lawyers for the defendants argued Wednesday that all prosecutors working for District Attorney Paul Pfingst must be recused if a new trial for four once-convicted men is to be fair.
