Judge approves short jail term, probation for Silicon Valley CEO

Over the objections of the victim, a Santa Clara County judge on Thursday sentenced the CEO of a Silicon Valley startup, Indian citizen Abhishek Gattani, to three years' probation on charges stemming from domestic violence.
