Judge tentatively denies request to disqualify attorneys

The judge found that Greenberg Traurig had properly implemented an ethical screen in a case involving the former manager of N.W.A.

A judge tentatively denied Thursday a request to disqualify NBCUniversal Inc.'s attorneys from a lawsuit filed by now-deceased music manager Jerry Heller, who sued over an allegedly defamatory portrayal of him in the film "Straight Outta Compton."
