California AG seeks to intervene in suit challenging for-profit college rules

Arguing that the Trump administration is failing to protect students at for-profit colleges, state Attorney General Xavier Becerra has joined a motion to intervene in a lawsuit challenging Obama administration rules that Education Secretary Betsy DeVos plans to alter.
