Judge says LA County bar violated its bylaws

A superior court judge said Tuesday that the Los Angeles County Bar Association violated its bylaws but he won't grant a preliminary injunction to let stand the canceled 2017-18 elected leadership slate unless a candidate files to run against one of the three plaintiff board of trustees nominees.
