Judge approves settlement in MobileIron IPO class action

A Santa Clara County judge has granted preliminary approval for a $7.5 million settlement in a securities class action against MobileIron, a mobile platform developer that shareholders sued in 2015 over alleged misstatements in its initial public offering documents a year earlier.
