In this week's column, five attorneys met disbarment by default, some for failing to discharge terms of previous discipline, and others for new transgressions. One uniting thread of these disciplinary matters seems to be an inability to properly and responsibly manage and disseminate client funds, something nearly all of the below attorneys seemed to struggle with.
