San Francisco-based insurer Clover Health has announced the hiring of a former managing director on Unitedhealth Group Inc.'s ventures team, Brady Priest, as general counsel.
Priest is leaving a well-established health care plan provider founded in 1977 for an upstart, data-driven Medicare Advantage plan provider founded in 2014.
