A judge dismissed, with leave to amend, the retaliation lawsuit filed against the State Bar by the executive assistant to former Executive Director Joseph L. Dunn.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge John P. Doyle on Thursday granted the defendants' demurrer to Sonja Oehler's suit over her dismissal seeking at least $15 million.
