Among attorneys recently disciplined by the State Bar many have prior incidents of misconduct. One attorney was disciplined for the fourth time, while another was disciplined after failing to comply with the conditions of his prior discipline. Another was disciplined six months after he was disciplined for prior unrelated misconduct.
