Disciplinary Actions

Attorneys recently disciplined by the State Bar

Among attorneys recently disciplined by the State Bar, many mismanaged client funds. Two attorneys were disciplined in relation to misconduct involved in home loan modifications, while six attorneys were disciplined for misappropriating client funds. Another six attorneys were disciplined following criminal convictions, and four after they failed to pay court ordered sanctions.
