Publishing company's GC of two decades readies exit
Karole Morgan-Prager, who has been the McClatchy Co.'s general counsel since 1995, will be leaving at the end of the month to join a new company.

The McClatchy Co., a publishing company based in Sacramento, announced Friday that
Karole R. Morgan-Prager, its longtime vice president for corporate development, general
counsel and secretary, will resign later this month to become general counsel for
