Simpson Thacher, Gunderson advise on sale of chipmaker
Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP represented Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in its $471 million acquisition of Peregrine Semiconductor Corp., a deal announced Aug. 22. Peregrine, a chipmaker based in San Diego, received counsel from Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP.
