Cooley, Sullivan handle medical device deal
San Diego-based medical device maker Volcano Corp. tapped Cooley LLP to provide counsel in connection with its sale to Dutch technology conglomerate Royal Philips NV for $1 billion plus debt.
Sullivan & Cromwell LLP advised Philips in the deal, announced Dec. 17.
