Gibson Dunn guides deal between Alliance Data, Conversant


Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP counseled Westlake Village-based Conversant Inc. in its $2.3 billion sale to Alliance Data Systems Corp. for $35 per share in a deal announced Sept. 11.
