Weil, Fenwick advise on Telstra's purchase of Ooyala
Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP represented Australian telecommunications and media conglomerate Telstra Corp. Ltd. in its $270 million acquisition of Ooyala Inc., a deal announced Tuesday.
