Daniel Madden Horton, 49, Rancho Cordova (April 11, 2014) - Horton was disbarred after he was convicted in 2012 for a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code Section 647.6(a)(2), which involved moral turpitude.
Prior to February 2012, Horton served as a juvenile judicial commissioner for the Sacramento County Superior Court, and presided over juvenile dependency and detention hearings.
