Temecula shopping center trades hands
The Rancho Temecula Town Center, a 165,486-square-foot shopping center located at 39540 Winchester Road in Temecula, has been sold by an investment partnership to Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust. The purchase, which was announced by CBRE on June 19, cost JLL Income Property Trust $60 million.
