Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP represented Wencor Group LLC and Odyssey Investment Partners in Wencor's sale to private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC.
Terms were not disclosed when the deal was announced Wednesday. Headquartered in Springville, Utah, Wencor designs, repairs and distributes aftermarket aerospace components....
