Robins Kaplan acquires LA restructuring boutique
All seven attorneys from Peitzman Weg LLP are expected to join the firm's Los Angeles office on June 2.

Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi LLP is scooping up Los Angeles restructuring and bankruptcy boutique Peitzman Weg LLP, the firm announced Wednesday.
All seven attorneys from the boutique, including name partner Howard J. Weg, are expected to join the firm's Los Angeles office on June 2. The addition will bring Robins Kaplan's attorney headcount to nearly 40 in the city.
