Marketo GC jumps to GoPro maker Woodman Labs as chief legal counsel
Sharon S. Zezima, previously general counsel for San Mateo-based marketing automation software maker Marketo Inc., moved to the privately owned Woodman Labs Inc., maker of the popular GoPro, a compact, high-definition video camera. Zezima joined the San Mateo-based company as its chief legal counsel on Sept. 16.
