A Daily Journal report Tuesday, May 4, from a hearing on Monday in a class action against the Writers Guild of America omitted some key facts. At the hearing, Judge Carl West admonished the WGA for misleading writers about the terms of the settlement. It is regrettable that the Daily Journal seems to be following in the WGA's footsteps.
