Shearman helps Francisco Partners in buy


Shearman & Sterling LLP represented San Francisco-based private equity firm Francisco Partners in its proposed acquisition of Vendavo Inc., a Mountain View-based business-to-business pricing solutions developer. Terms of the deal, which was announced Oct. 1, were not disclosed.
