Members of the Philippine American Bar Association met at the J.W. Marriott at L.A. Live on Thursday for the 2010 PABA Installation and Foundation Awards Dinner. Guests included Mona Pasquil, Interim Lieutenant Governor of California, District Attorney Steve Cooley and City Attorney Carmen Trutanich, who delivered the keynote address.
