On March 21, the Los Angeles County Bar Association hosted its 2012 Corporate Counsel Award Dinner at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. LACBA honored Dian Ogilvie, senior vice president and secretary of Toyota Motor North America Inc., and her successor as chief legal officer, Christopher P. Reynolds, who now serves as group vice president and general counsel of Toyota. In attendance were more than 350 guests and members of the legal community, including many past recipients of the Outstanding Corporate Counsel Award. LACBA awarded a student scholarship to Ara Janoyan of Southwestern Law School and presented donations to UCLA School of Law and Harvard Law School. The keynote speaker for the event was Michael Josephson, former attorney and law professor and founder and president of the Josephson Institute and its CHARACTER COUNTS! Project. -David McAfee
