The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel held it 51st Annual Seminar on March 1-2 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The seminar’s keynote speaker was James Carville, also known as the “Ragin’ Cajun”. A Democratic political strategist, Carville is most recognized for helping then former Arkansas Gov.
