Approximately 500 attorneys, professors and students gathered at the London West Hollywood on Nov. 3 for Loyola Law School, Los Angeles’ 2011 Alumni Grand Reunion. The festivities included an awards reception honoring four alumni. Roxanne E. Christ, ’85, partner at Latham & Watkins LLP, and Mark J. Geragos, ’82, principal with Geragos & Geragos P.C., received the Distinguished Alumni Award. Michele Williams Court, ’93, vice president and general counsel with Bet Tzedek Legal Services, and Robert V. Alvarado, ’83, chief executive officer of CourtCall LLC, received the Board of Governors Recognitions Award. The awards annually honor Loyola alumni for their contributions to the Loyola community and the legal community as a whole. The event also included a young-alumni reception for those who graduated in the past five years.
