Health care group claims no duty to verify records in Medicare fraud suit
UnitedHealth Group Inc. urged a federal court on Friday and Monday to dismiss two whistleblower suits backed by the U.S. Department of Justice, arguing that neither suit adequately states a claim under the False Claims Act.
