Pepperdine discrimination trial starts with plaintiff’s testimony
U.S. District Judge Dean D. Pregerson made headlines in December 2015 when he ruled that sexual orientation discrimination falls under the purview of Title IX. Now he is overseeing the trial that was made possible by that ruling.
