VMWare nabs Avaya’s general counsel
VMWare Inc., a cloud infrastructure developer, named Amy M. Fliegelman Olli its next general counsel.

VMWare Inc., a Palo Alto-based cloud infrastructure developer, has named Amy M. Olli its next general counsel. Olli, who is general counsel for Avaya Inc., will join the in-house team at VMWare on Aug. 28.
